The company firmly grasps the pulse of industry development technology, actively develops research and development with various plants, and cooperates with Shandong Mechanical Design Institute, Shandong University, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Shandong University of Technology, Tai′an Technician College and other scientific research institutions to develop a series of Precision and new products of planetary gear reducer.
At present, the main products are including:
1. Aerial Work Truck Series: Winch and slewing reducer for 16m-36m trucks.
2. Truck crane series: Winch, slewing reducer and travel reducer for 8T-100T.
3. Truck mounted crane series: Winch and slewing reducer for 6T-25T.
4. Wrecker towing truck series: 6T-50T winch.
5. Marine, petroleum and mining machinery series: 1.5T-40T winch.
The company has always regarded brand strategy and quality management as the top priority of the company′s development, and was the first in the industry to obtain the ISO9001: 2015 quality management system certificate. Participated in many domestic and foreign product fairs or large-scale exhibitions. It has more than 30 sets of various international advanced large and medium-sized equipment such as machining centers, and newly purchased high-end quality inspection equipment such as three-coordinate testers. The new Suda enterprise management software has passed process management from material procurement, product production, cost accounting, product sales, general ledger, and statements to improve work efficiency.
